The Title of a DVD loaded for copying has a random number Title, so have to manually edit the Title. By the time you change to the same directory used for Ripping (the default is, for reasons which I cannot explain, $HOME) you forget the title written on the DVD, so press the eject button, memorize the title again, reload, and finish typing in the correct title.

Observed: K3b hangs, have to ps and grep k3b, then kill the base process.

Expected: Since the DVD is the same, I expect it to proceed and copy the DVD to the manually-entered file name. If the DVD is different, restart the copy dialog.
