SUMMARY
I can't reproduce this bug consistently, but it occurs often after the steps below.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Discover
2. click on "Installed" in the left side
3. scroll down
4. click on the button to remove any app

OBSERVED RESULT
the list of installed apps scrolls up even before you enter the password to confirm removing.

EXPECTED RESULT
remove the app and nothing else

Depending on which app you try to uninstall, this can actually make you uninstall a different app without noticing it if its uninstall button ends up just below the mouse pointer when you release the left click button.
