SUMMARY

Opening a file with filename starting with "#" by double-clicking in the file explorer causes the whole folder to open


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In Windows, double click a file with a name starting with a "#", as can be the attached to this report
2. If needed, select Okular as program to open

OBSERVED RESULT
All of the contents of the folder (and subfolders) are opened as different pages of a document

EXPECTED RESULT
The selected file is opened
