It does seem inconsistent that - With panels locked: Right clicking on the Places heading allows you to change the icon size, but there is no heading on the Folders section, and no way to change the icon size or any other setting for it - The folders pane doesn't show a header when panels are locked, but does when they are unlocked - The icon size in Places can only be changed if panels are locked, there's no other spot to access this setting that I could find. It isn't under Dolphin Settings - Interface - Panels Thank you for your analysis and understanding. Does this mean that there is hope of being able to change the size of the icon in the near future? When and if this is implemented depends on the Dolphin maintainers. If they have the time and will, they will implement this. |
