SUMMARY
For example, /run/media/user/ДОКУМЕНТЫ becomes something like /run/media/user/Đ□Đ□Đ□Đ£Đ□Đ…

The mount point is automatically chosen when mounting from Dolphin, based on the disk label I think.

OBSERVED RESULT
Partitions with non-Latin labels are hard to identify.

EXPECTED RESULT
UTF-8 is preserved.
