SUMMARY
when i try to open discover it instantly close and a crash report will appear on my screen saying Gathering crash information failed for unknown reasons

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. try to open discover
---> crash 

OBSERVED RESULT
instant crash

EXPECTED RESULT
to open and run normally
