Similar to VideoPad's storyboard view. Make it so the space between each snap point is a fixed width. So basically right now, if you have 2 tracks, you have a timeline that looks something like

|------|-------|

But the view I want would scale that into something like (2 hyphens between each snap point, or 1 thumbnail width is what VideoPad does)
