SUMMARY
The Application menu does not respond on native KDE programs, and does not show up on other apps.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Place an application menu on tilebar and apply
2. Click on the application menu button

OBSERVED RESULT
The button shows on Plasma applications (Dolphin, System settings, etc) but does not respond.
On other programs tilebar, the application menu does not show up at all.

EXPECTED RESULT
The application menu should apear on all tilebars after being applied and show the program context menu when clicked.

Does it work after you restart your apps or the whole system?
