Maybe one is simply outdated? 1- Right-Click on a window's title bar and disable the title bar. 2- Try to restore it as a casual user that doesn't know about Alt+F3. Result: You'll try to restore the title bar by right-clicking on the app on the panel, under “⋮ More >” on the context menu, but notice that the expected function is not there, even though it seems like the same menu. Expected Result: Restore the title bar by using “⋮ More >” under the context menu of the app on the panel, because the menu is the same.
