I think changing default toolbar font size from 9px to 10px (Noto Sans, on Fedora Linux, at least) is a nice change and I think it could be the default.

10px Noto Sans is already the default, at least in KDE code. If it's 9pt for you, then either Fedora changed this themselves, or else you did and forgot about it.

Regardless, a request like this needs waaaaaaaaaay more context and explanation to have a hope of being actionable, and ideally it would be phrased in the form of a problem report, rather than a contextless request for a change; you'd need to articulate a problem and explain what's wrong with the status quo

Could you give me the link where the KDE code sets the default to 10px Noto Sans for the toolbar size? I would like to open a bug on Fedora's side, because there it is 9px by default (tested on a clean installation).
