STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. hover over the Digital Clock
2. observe the tooltip
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Timezone is not horizontally centered in the tooltip. Please see the attached screenshot.

EXPECTED RESULT
Timezone should be horizontally centered in the tooltip.

I can sort of reproduce the issue. With a single time zone shown, the label is very slightly too car to the left. It's quite subtle though. I see in the screenshot the label is too far to the right. There's probably something odd about the label's positioning code.
