SUMMARY
When making a selection i can no longer right click on canvas to display the "selection actions" menu even when the "use mouse events..." options is on. Restarting and reinstalling don't do anything. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any file
2.  Make a selection
3.  Right click on canvas 

OBSERVED RESULT
no menu is displayed

EXPECTED RESULT
A menu called "Selection Actions" should be diplayed with a couple of options when right clicking the canvas

I don't remember when it last worked but it should be in this same version, maybe a week or two ago.
