SUMMARY
The "Change View Mode" button shows its text by default on a fresh build of current git master, which is not intentional.

OS: openSUSE Krypton (current git master, Qt 6.8.2)

Can reproduce with:
1. cd ~/.local/share/kxmlgui5/
2. mv dolphin dolphin.bak
3 Launch Dolphin

For me the folder ~/.local/share/kxmlgui5/dolphin is completely empty, no hidden files or anything.

Renaming ~/.local/share/dolphin did not affect anything and the text did not appear

Managed to reproduce it by renaming ~/.config/dolphinrc

dolphinui: Set view_mode action to low priority

Viewmode text is rather long, so we should hide it by default. Setting
the priority to low seems to fix that.

dolphinui: Set view_mode action to low priority
