SUMMARY
I edited sheet in calc (LibreOffice). I forgot save it and called Shutdown from Kicker. Of course during closing of Plasma session appeared confirmation window coming from LibreOffice something like "Do you want to save document?". I clicked "Save", but in the meantime all other windows (KDE applications) have been closed. After that shuting down of Plasma has been stopped. I clicked Shutdown again, but now this was empty session, so in result at the next start nothing was restored.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Setup restore session in Plasma (on last logout)
2. start couple KDE application (I had konsole, Dolphin, Kate)
3. start Firefox with couple opened tabs
4. start LibreOffice, open new document (I had "calc") and write something (don't save document)
5. call Shutdown from Kickcer

OBSERVED RESULT
appears confirmation windows from LibreOffice and after clicking Save, shuting down the session is stopped

EXPECTED RESULT
appears confirmation windows from LibreOffice and after clicking Save, shuting down the session should not stop
