SUMMARY
In Browse mode, when you hover over a thumbnail, none of the four action buttons have tooltips.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Gwenview
2. Click Browse
3. Browse to a folder that contains an image
4. Hover the mouse over a thumbnail
5. Hover the mouse over any of the four action buttons that appear

OBSERVED RESULT
No tooltips appear.

EXPECTED RESULT
Tooltips appear.
