SUMMARY
After installing a rx 9070 xt the mouse cursor went totally black, only happens however when HDR is on

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install a rx 9070's series card ?!
2. Turn on HDR

OBSERVED RESULT
Mouse is totally black, no matter which icon you select, however hovering over say a game window that doesn't run in HDR does show the normal mouse cursor, only happens over HDR elements.

EXPECTED RESULT
No mouse issues

also noticed now that increasing sdr brightness and brightness to max does make the cursor white proper, so its a bug within the hdr/sdr code, hdr got worse as well.
