SUMMARY
KDE Itinerary fails to import (at least some) Amtrak tickets

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Obtain an Amtrak ticket
2. Attempt to open it

OBSERVED RESULT
KDE itinerary says that there was nothing to open

EXPECTED RESULT
The ticket opens and becomes a ticket in KDE Itinerary

KDE Itinerary: 24.12.3

I have an example ticket that doesn't work that I could privately email to a developer.
