SUMMARY

When a window is out of either the top or the left border of the screen, it moves to the bottom-middle of the screen after KWin restarts.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Move a window outside of the left or the top border of the screen.
2. Issue `systemctl --user restart plasma-kwin_x11.service` in a terminal.
3. Observe the location of the window.

OBSERVED RESULT

The window moved to the bottom-middle of the screen.

EXPECTED RESULT

The window should stay at the location it was put before restarting KWin.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.2 (started on 6.3.0)
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.11.0
Qt Version: 6.8.2

The reason I have to restart KWin often is Bug 483187.

It might be unrelated, but Firefox's windows, regardless of where they are, always move a few pixels down and right after KWin restarts.
