This is a follow-up to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=473279

Corrections for Tanzania.

- Use the official name from the Public Holidays Act (where available)
- Remove Easter Sunday (not in the Public Holidays Act)
- Add a second holiday for Id-ul-Fitr (as in the Public Holidays Act)
