Transparent backdrop behind floating panel

Transparent component behind the panel when it's floating. Nothing much to it.
Please refer to the screenshot.

Thanks for the bug report. I do see the transparent bar above your floating top panel in the screenshot.
I don't see the same thing on Plasma 6.3.2 (nvidia GPU, frameworks 6.11.0) or git-master (AMD GPU, fw 6.12.0), with Qt 6.8.2, Wayland

This looks similar, but not exactly the same as bug 488295

What kind of graphics card do you have in this system?
Also, is the display set to 100% scaling or something else?
