This may be fixed in git master, because I can't reproduce it as shown in your video (thanks, it was helpful). Are you able to reproduce the issue with any other maximized apps? Or is System Settings the only one that doesn't maintain the correct geometry after being rotated while maximized? Hi - I can't reproduce on the setup below - could you please double-check if you're still experiencing it on that latest version?
