SUMMARY
A flatpak of KSystemLog would be nice to have, especially on atomic distros (like Fedora Silverblue).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
No flatpak on Flathub (www.flathub.org/apps/org.kde.ksystemlog)

OBSERVED RESULT
No flatpak
