SUMMARY
I installed kde neon 2 days ago (relatively fresh install) and disabled the find cursor feature since it annoyed me.
Since then kaccess keeps crashing and although everything seems to be working fine, I figured this isn't intended behaviour.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Uncheck "Shake cursor to find it" under Accessibility in System Settings

OBSERVED RESULT
pop-up with the message:
 "kaccess Closed Unexpectedly

Please report this error to help improve this software."
and two options: [Report Bug] or [Restart App].
However it crashes everytime I restart it.
Re-enabling the feature does not fix the issue, but the feature does work as intended.

EXPECTED RESULT
No crashing.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I couldn't retrieve debug symbols or more information from the stacktrace.
When clicking [Install debug symbols] it simply says: "Failed to install debug systems", attempting to get more information  causes the kernel to terminate the crash log application because it starts to consume too much ram (I have 16G) and almost nothing running currently, so this is what I was able to retrieve from the crash log:
