SUMMARY
Labplot 2.11.1-3 is not launching: 
labplot2: error while loading shared libraries: liborcus-0.18.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Archlinux with KDE Plasma install Labplot
2. Try launching Labplot
3. -

OBSERVED RESULT
Not launching with Error:
labplot2: error while loading shared libraries: liborcus-0.18.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

EXPECTED RESULT
Labplot launching

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Can be rectified by creating a symbolic link for liborcus-0.18.so.0 to liborcus-0.20.so.0
after the liborcus workaround libixion-0.18 has the same error which can also be worked around with a symbolic link to libixion-0.20
Libreoffice which also uses liborcus runs fine.

This is a packaging issue, should be reported to the distribution.
