SUMMARY
Moving your cursor over flatpak apps when using scaling other than 100% ends up with a giant pixelated cursor

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use 125% Scaling in your "Display & Monitor" settings
2. Open a flatpak application (easy effects as an example)

OBSERVED RESULT
Cursor looks pixelated, blurred, and oversized

EXPECTED RESULT
Cursor doesn't change.
