SUMMARY
Using 2 screen, main screen on right, all the apps swith to left screen when going stand by. Plus the wall paper of main screen goes on left screen and there is no more wall paper on the main screen

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use 2 screen.
2. Define main screen as the right screen
3. go to standby and re-open your session

OBSERVED RESULT
All apps goes to left screen. Wallpaper of main screen is switched to left screen.

EXPECTED RESULT
Let all apps on the screen they was before going standby mode. let wall papers as they was before stand by mode.

Are you using the Wayland session or the X11 session?

Both :
- On X11, apps switch to left screen at standby.
- On wayland, apps switch to left screen at restart.

The bug still occurs.

It's NOT specifik to wayland or X11.

Even installing new application, they open by default on LEFT screen so is it possible to make that when you select in system properties "Display and Screen > Right screen > make it MAIN" to really make it main the way that BY DEFAULT, if there is no momery of windows position (as for a NEW application), it opens by default in MAIN screen witch is RIGHT screen ?

Even in wayland or x11.
