SUMMARY

Undoing the deletion of video effects does not restore them in their original order.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a clip (or open a project with a clip) that has multiple video effects on it.
2. Right-click the clip and choose “Delete Effects”.
3. Choose Edit → Undo, or press Ctrl+Z.

OBSERVED RESULT

The effects on the clip are restored in the opposite order from what they were.

EXPECTED RESULT

The effects on the clip are restored exactly as they were.
