SUMMARY
On some Linux kernel development mailing lists (e.g. RISC-V one http://lists.infradead.org/pipermail/linux-riscv/) CRM114 is used as spam filter. The messages that I receive from these mailing shoul all be good and not spam but KMail is showing them as 100% spam in the header fro spam status (below Date line). If I check the source of some of these messages. then I can see something like:

X-CRM114-Version: 20100106-BlameMichelson ( TRE 0.8.0 (BSD) ) MR-646709E3 
X-CRM114-CacheID: sfid-20250120_193905_308002_EE05A659 
X-CRM114-Status: GOOD (  11.47  )

Which says GOOD, and should not be shown as 100% spam.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Get some email that was spam-checked by CRM114 (e.g. from some Linux kernel mailing lists)
2. See headers in the source and see that the status there is GOOD
3. Check email header in KMail GUI too see what CRM114 shows

OBSERVED RESULT
Status is shown as 100% spam

EXPECTED RESULT
Status should not be spam
