Latest Fedora Kinoite, Plasma 6.3

When removing a package, during uninstallation, the text “Removing” and the icon jumps a little up, breaking the alignment with the size label. See screenshot.

On a technical level, it's not misaligned; if you hover over the stop button, you'll see that its borders are aligned with the bottom of the text.

The problem seems to be that it's a toolbutton in the first place; everything else here uses a raised button, so this should as well.

InstallApplicationButton: Use consistent button types

One is a ToolButton, the other is a Button; let's use Button for both to
look better.
