Also, I apologize if I wrote in the wrong place. First time here. If I made a mistake somewhere, please point it out. I will understand :)

I would like to add a repo (or smth similar to it, I'm not very good at this) of fonts from the Google Fonts to Discover. So that you can download fonts directly, without a browser. Well, and add a font loading window to the settings app, like with icons and cursors.

You can also add a sound theme store.

This is already possible if somebody uploads the fonts to store.kde.org under the Fonts category. Another way to do it is to find a packaging repo for the fonts and add that to your system using the package manager.
