Version:           2.1 (using KDE 3.0.0)
Installed from:    SuSE
Compiler:          gcc version 2.95.3 20010315 (SuSE)
OS:          Linux (i686) release 2.4.18-4GB

While editing a file the application crashed.  I believe I was copying some lines to the clipboard.  I had an earlier crash elsewhere in KDE that I cannot characterize, so this crash may be due to a corrupt KDE environment.

This is 99% the good old Klipper bug. Disable Klipper and it should work.  
If not, please file another bug-report and add the backtrace of your crash.
