SUMMARY
On X11, sometimes the notification appears in the top left-hand corner. 
It started on Plasma 6.3

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Honestly, it is difficult to reproduce regularly, it seems to happen randomly. I also tried a for in bash and notofy-send but it doesn't happen.

OBSERVED RESULT
Sometimes the notification appears in the top left-hand corner. 

EXPECTED RESULT
Notifications should always appear where established, close to the notification area.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I cannot use the Wayland session for a long time, so I am not sure if the problem only affects X11.
Manually changing the position of notifications in Systemsettings does not help.
