SUMMARY
There seems to be an issue that's portal-related where I can't save my files on my webdav-mounted Nextcloud.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Firefox (Snap) and Zen (Flatpak)
1. Search for an image
2. Try to save it

Pale Moon (native)
1. Run Pale Moon as GTK_USE_PORTAL=1 ./palemoon 
2. Search for an image
3. Try to save that image

OBSERVED RESULT
On a native app that doesn't use a portal (i.e Kate), files save normally
On a native app that used a portal (Pale Moon; needed it to access my webdav because it won't work w/o it), it doesn't work
Snaps and Flatpak seems to use portal, and it doesn't work at all

EXPECTED RESULT
Files should save on webdav mounts

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Pale Moon's GTK file picker doesn't seem to show webdav's.  If there's a way, I'd like to know (and maybe test)
