Description Arne 2025-02-15 13:46:22 UTC
SUMMARY
In the Discover settings, I am able to set the default package source to either Snap or Flatpak. Per default, it is set to the Ubuntu repos, but after I changed it to e.g. Flatpak, it is not possible to undo this settings change and reset it to Ubuntu. At least, there are no options for this in the Discover GUI.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install and open Discover
2. Go into the settings page
3. Change the default package source to Snap (or Flatpak after installing it)

OBSERVED RESULT
It is possible to switch between Snap and Flatpak as the default package source, but it is not possible to set it to the Ubuntu repos

EXPECTED RESULT
A button to change the default package source to the Ubuntu repos

Thank you for the bug report!

However Plasma 6.1.5 is no longer eligible for support or maintenance from KDE; supported versions are 5.27. (LTS), and 6.2 (non-LTS) or newer. Please upgrade to a supported version as soon as your distribution makes it available to you. Plasma is a fast-moving project, and bugs in one version are often fixed in the next one.

If you need support for Plasma 6.1.5, please contact your distribution, who bears the responsibility of providing support for older releases that are no longer supported by KDE.

If you can reproduce the issue after upgrading to a supported version, feel free to re-open this bug report.
