SUMMARY
Delete a wallpaper does not trigger changes, and the "Apply" button is not clickable.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a custom wallpaper or obtain one from the market
2. Click the apply button if it's clickable
3. Hover over your custom wallpaper and click delete. Do not touch anything else.

OBSERVED RESULT
The apply button is still not clickable, thus the deletion cannot be applied. You can make some other changes, and then apply it along with them.

EXPECTED RESULT
A change is triggered after clicking the delete button

Can reproduce in the KCM in System Settings, but not in the version that's accessed from the desktop.
