SUMMARY
Applying theme with desktop layout causes plasmashell stucks.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Settings -> Color and theme
2. Select any theme, click "choose content to apply", and check desktop layout (the first one)
3. Apply and observe your plasma

OBSERVED RESULT
All related elements on the screen disappears, and plasmashell sustainably fully occupy one CPU core until I log out.

EXPECTED RESULT
The theme's desktop layout is applied immediately.
