It happens quite often, that when i want to select not the latest, but a different item of the clipboard-list (Meta-V) for pasting into a terminal (konsole), that i get either
- not pasting at all
- only parts of the selected item (the front part is missing, sometimes only the first character, sometimes more, but there is always the 'rest' of the selected item available)

If i get no pasting, selecting other elements and trying to paste does not help.
I need to change to another window, copy something, change back to console, select the previously wanted entry and pasting works most of the time again.

Sorry for the crude description, but this happens only sometimes but is very annoying
I haven't yet figured out which exact actions lead to the paste-problem

I also can't reproduce this.

Can you try in a new user account and see if it ever happens there? If not, it's probably caused by some hidden conflict with something in your normal user account.
