SUMMARY
Compare to Dolphin's "Details" view. This makes column titles feel frozen, or at least non-interactive.

This is possibly a problem in Kirigami or qqc2-desktop-style, but I couldn't find another table to verify, and I suspect this one to be the most prominent.

System Monitor these days uses the standard HorizontalHeaderView control for its headers. So this is a bug in that control, moving to qqc2-desktop-style.
