SUMMARY
Some menu items ignore selected language and remain in English. This problem is reproduced at least in German and Russian language, but probably applies to all. This problem was not in version 6.2.5, all elements were translated correctly (screenshot).  it’s not a problem of translation itself(https://l10n.kde.org/stats/gui/trunk-kf6/team/ru/systemsettings/), because it is done, so I report here 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open settings
2. Select power control 
3. .....

OBSERVED RESULT
Some menu items ignore selected language and remain in English

EXPECTED RESULT
All menu items use selected language.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: Manjaro 25.0
KDE Plasma Version: 6.3, wayland
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.10
Qt Version: 6.8.2
Nvidia video driver: 570.86.16 witch close kernel module

The same problem is in the monitor settings. I will add this here, so as not to create a nearly duplicate bug report.
