This pop-out is not elegant.

Created attachment 178247 [details] This pop-out is not elegant. When the user is uploading to a image only website, the File Picker for a brief moment shows video files and hides them. I'm requesting for that filtering to happen before the files are shown, because users are not supposed to videos when under a "Images only" filter, and the same goes for other file types.
