SUMMARY

When hovering over the buttons there is a tool tip pop up. There is no hotkeys included

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  hover over a button e.g. rectangle
2.  a tool tip pops up "rectangle"

OBSERVED RESULT

tooltip says "rectangle"

EXPECTED RESULT

tooltip should say "rectangle F4"

Thanks for your report!

I just checked with the recent beta version (0.5.80, see https://glaxnimate.org/news/releases/0.5.80/) and it works as you requested. This has likely been "fixed" by the port to KDE Frameworks.
