Plasma 6.3.0 introduced Plasma panel application manager option "hide other windows when mouse pointer is over previews".
If such option is enabled, when is triggered the entire Plasma GUI is sluggish for a fraction of second, causing even mouse pointer stuttering

To my knowledge this option wasn't added in Plasma 6.3, and has been around for ages. Can you clarify which thing you're referring to? A screen recording of you enabling it and then reproducing the problem would be helpful.

the bug disappeared with the upgrade to kf 6.11.0
