Hello! Sorry for the late response to your problem. Is it still happening? That's quite bizarre. Krita always tries to force there to be at least one layer in the layer stack, but yours shows as completely empty. - Is it empty when you open the file, or do the layers "disappear" while you're working on it? - Just to make sure, this .kra file was created in Krita and only edited with Krita, yes? Would you be able to upload the file as an attachment to this bug report? That way someone can try to recreate the bug to verify it, and the developers might be able to identify something that's wrong about it. ๐๐งน โ ๏ธ This bug has been in NEEDSINFO status with no change for at least 15 days. Please provide the requested information, then set the bug status to REPORTED. If there is no change for at least 30 days, it will be automatically closed as RESOLVED WORKSFORME. For more information about our bug triaging procedures, please read https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Bug_triaging. Thank you for helping us make KDE software even better for everyone! |
