SUMMARY
The icons of some folders with previews are generated with a very small folder icon, but not all. On normal icons this is less of an issue but I think it happens there too
Additionally if there are multiple pages of previews the first is usually very small while subsequent ones are usually normal sized.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enter icon view mode
2. Enable previews for folders
3. Hover over folder with multiple previewable items

The icons of some folders with previews are generated with a very small

OBSERVED RESULT
Some folder icons are tiny, others normal

EXPECTED RESULT
All folder icons are the same size, even if the preview on them is small

Multiple pages of previews

Additionally it seem to be happening especially to folders with a cloud sync icon on them, could that be related?
