SUMMARY
When using bullet lists, I cannot select the entire text.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Send a comment (example below)
2. Try to select all the text in the chat history area

EXAMPLE

- Bullet list 1
- Bullet list 2

Test456
- Bullet 3
- Bullet 4

Test789

OBSERVED RESULT
In the example above, only parts of the text can be selected individually.

EXPECTED RESULT
All text can be selected.
