Workaround: you can assign a shortcut to a panel (In reply to David Redondo from comment #1) > Workaround: you can assign a shortcut to a panel Thanks, yeah. The workaround works perfectly but the bug remains relevant cause if one needs to focus a widget, he would need shortcuts working... |
Created attachment 178122 [details] Task Manager and Icons-Only Task Manager shortcut settings I have multi-display setup with all panes down below being autohidden. Hovering mouse over every one of these panes brings them up as usual, meanwhile, using a shortcut (.e.g. "Win+T" ) set in settings to "Activate Task Manager and Icons-Only Task Manager" doesn't work anymore. It was working in 23.10. Additionally I've tested this bug in Kubuntu 24.10 LIVE-CD mode to rule out my user config. The shortcut still doesn't activate anything. Btw. It would be nice if it would be possible to bind a shortcut to brings up all panes with Task Manager at once just to peek up, not just one bound to (which is nice too). I need a shortcut for that because, as I said, by default several panes are auto hidden. and I want to see what applications to activate by using digit shortcuts. Best.
