SUMMARY
If we modify a .dekstop in .local/applications/app.desktop for example to change the Exec and the version, even if we run `kbuildsycoca5` it will not update the application in application launcher (and the application will still run the original Exec)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. modify a .local/applications/app.desktop by echo "data on the .desktop file" > .local/applications/app.desktop and change the Exec path or the version of the app
2. run kbuildsycoca5

OBSERVED RESULT
the application on the application launcher will not change the version nor the Exec (eventhought if we go to right click -> edit application one will see the changes, but still the original version will show in the application launcher and it will open the old Exec)

EXPECTED RESULT
that the application will update the version and the Exec
