It does not crash in kdenlive v23.08.5
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open project settings
2. choose a fps model
3. press OK

OBSERVED RESULT
Starts en then KDenlive closes totally. after reopening ther is nothing changed

EXPECTED RESULT
project setting switched to selected FPS

I tried with 24.12.1.

- Start Kdenlive
- open project settings
- changed to another project settings 
- Kdenlive switch/change to the new settings.
- No crash

What was the settings you have switched from?
What are the settings you like to switch to?

Similar problem happens on Linux as well.
After making and setting a project default to 120fps, I am no longer able to open Kdenlive settings tab, it crashes instead.
