`api.kde.org` links to a non-existent bug tracker in its footer, instead of this Bugzilla instance.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
------------------

Visit [`api.kde.org/legacy/4.12-api/kdelibs-apidocs/kdeui/html/classQTreeWidget.html`][1].

OBSERVED RESULT
---------------

It links to a 404 URI (instead of `bugs.kde.org`):
