The "1" are pointing to more than 1 mines, that should not happen. The bomb with the X is a place you had erroneously placed a flag saying there would be a bomb but there isn't. The yellow bomb is a place you clicked thinking there was no bomb but there is. As far as I can see there's no bug, you just lost the game because you made a mistake. Well.. if there is no bomb... why showing a bomb? Even if it has a cross on it. The official minesweeper game does this better, see attached image. I flagged a cell as a bomb and then clicked the bomb, here it was clear that I marked the wrong cell. Created attachment 178180 [details]
